Christchurch Airport Terminal
Christchurch Airport consists of a single passenger terminal, which has two Levels.
Levels
Ground floor
The Ground Floor is divided into the International Area and the Domestic Area. It is the Arrivals Area.
The International Area is located to the right. Here you can find the International Arrivals Hall, the International Baggage Claim and International Customs and Security Screening. Also, the following services are available in this area: toilets, accessible toilets, showers, baby care rooms, ATMs, information desk, charging stations, etc.
In the central area of the Ground Floor, you can find the Check-In Hall, which is shared for both Domestic and International Flights. In this area, there are several services available, such as toilets, accessible toilets, ATMs, luggage storage facilities, lost and found, shops and restaurants, showers, Information Desk, among others. Also, find access to the Upper Level both by lift and escalators.
After the Check-In, to the left, find a Baggage Claim Area and access to boarding gates 3 to 14; to the right, there is another Baggage Claim area for boarding gates 16 to 22a, a prayer room and basic services.
Ground transportation options are also located in this Level (bus, taxi, car rental booths, pick up & drop off, access to car parks, etc.).
First floor
The First Floor is divided into the Domestic Area, the International Area and the Shopping and Food Court. It is the departures area.
In the Domestic Area, find the Domestic Arrivals hall, the Domestic Departures Lounge and its own Security Screening. Services: Charging stations, baby care room, toilets, accessible toilets, showers, among others.
In the International Area, find the International Departures Lounge, Security Screening and lounges. Services: ATMs, currency exchange, shops, baby care room, toilets, accessible toilets, showers, among others.
In the centre of the level, there is the shared Shopping and Food Court. Find here, among food, drink and retail concessions, the following services: ATMs, public telephones, charging stations and post office.

Air New Zealand Koru Express: Domestic Area (Outside Security). Open from 06:00am until last departure of the day. Services: Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks and flight monitors. Please, note it is a non-smoking facility.
Air New Zealand Domestic Lounge: Domestic Area (Inside Security). Open from 05:00am until last departure of the day. Services: Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks, showers, flight monitors, TVs, internet terminals, printers and copiers among others. Notice it is a non-smoking facility.
Air New Zealand International Lounge: International Area (Inside Security). Lounge hours vary. Services: Showers, Wi-Fi, premium food, among others.
Manaia Lounge: International Area (Inside Security). Lounge hours vary. Services: Snacks, Wi-Fi, drinks, showers, flight monitors, Internet terminals, TVs, newspapers and magazines, smoking area, among others.
